Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of WebsiteComplianceAI.com and the website-audit services provided by Vertex Digital Forge LLC dba Website Compliance AI.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. About Website Compliance AI

Vertex Digital Forge LLC dba Website Compliance AI (“Website Compliance AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides independent, AI-assisted website auditing and compliance-risk identification services.

Website Compliance AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google, Meta, or any other advertising, merchant, search, social-media, ecommerce, or technology platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Our audits are designed to help identify observable website issues that may be relevant to advertising, merchant, website, privacy, trust, technical, or platform-compliance reviews.

Depending on scope, a report may address technical configuration, landing-page behavior, website structure, business transparency, policies, claims, ecommerce information, tracking technology, inconsistencies, and items requiring manual verification.

The service is informational and diagnostic in nature.

3. Free Website Audit

Where offered, a free website audit is provided subject to availability and may be limited in scope, depth, tooling, number of pages reviewed, or number of checks performed.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the free audit offering at any time.

4. Free Report Delivery and 72-Hour Availability

Free audit reports are available on the Website Compliance AI platform for 72 hours from the time the report link is delivered.

Because we may receive a high volume of requests, free audit reports may take up to 24 hours to prepare and deliver.

After the 72-hour availability period:

  • the report link may automatically expire;
  • the report may no longer be accessible through the platform;
  • we may permanently delete or disable access to the free report without further notice;
  • we are not required to recreate, restore, or resend an expired free report.

You are responsible for downloading or saving the report during the 72-hour availability window if you wish to retain it.

The 72-hour period applies to the hosted free report itself. Certain audit-request records, security logs, communications, or other data may be retained for different periods as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Email Address and Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address.

Website Compliance AI is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect address, full mailbox, spam filtering, quarantine, recipient-side blocking, or other email-system restrictions.

6. We Do Not Contact Advertising Platforms on Your Behalf

Website Compliance AI does not contact Google, Meta, or any other advertising, merchant, search, social-media, ecommerce, or technology platform on your behalf as part of the free website audit.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not submit appeals, communicate with platform support, submit verification documents, request account reviews, access platform accounts, or represent you in platform disputes.

7. We Do Not Forward Audit Information to Advertising Platforms or Unrelated Third Parties

We do not forward your audit submission, audit report, findings, or report link to Google, Meta, or other advertising or merchant platforms on your behalf.

We also do not sell or intentionally disclose your audit submission or report content to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Limited information may be processed by service providers that help operate the service, including hosting, cloud, AI-processing, email-delivery, security, storage, or report-generation providers. Operational data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or service integrity.

8. No Guarantee of Reinstatement, Approval, or Continued Account Access

An audit does not guarantee account reinstatement, appeal approval, advertiser verification, merchant-account approval, advertisement approval, or prevention of future enforcement.

Third-party platforms make their own independent policy, review, verification, enforcement, and account-access decisions.

A platform may take action for reasons that are not visible from the website or are outside the scope of the audit.

9. No Representation Regarding Third-Party Platform Decisions

Website Compliance AI does not control third-party platforms and cannot require a platform to accept a website, approve an advertisement, reinstate an account, reverse a restriction, accept documentation, complete a review within a particular period, or explain all reasons for an enforcement action.

Audit statements concerning possible platform-compliance risks are informational observations and not representations about how a platform will decide a particular case.

10. Current Policies and Policy Changes

Where an audit compares website information against published platform policies, we aim to use policies and guidance available at the time of the audit.

Third-party platforms may change policies, enforcement standards, verification requirements, review processes, terminology, product eligibility, or technical requirements at any time.

An audit is a point-in-time review and may become outdated after delivery.

11. AI-Assisted Analysis

Website Compliance AI may use multiple specialized AI agents, automated tools, technical scanners, and structured workflows to assist with evidence collection, cross-checking, analysis, and report preparation.

AI and automated systems can make mistakes. We do not warrant that every issue will be found, every finding will be correct, every priority will be perfect, or every recommendation will apply to your circumstances.

12. No Legal, Regulatory, Tax, or Professional Advice

The service and reports are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, licensing, medical, or other professional advice, and do not constitute cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, or legal certification.

Where professional advice is required, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

13. User Responsibilities

By requesting an audit, you represent that you are at least 18, have authority to submit the website, will provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, will not submit information you are prohibited from disclosing, and will not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

14. Information You Submit

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, private medical records, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

15. Public Website Information

To perform an audit, Website Compliance AI may access, inspect, capture, process, and analyze publicly available pages, source code, technical responses, redirects, headers, robots directives, sitemaps, metadata, structured data, business information, contact details, policies, product information, and publicly displayed claims or content.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use Website Compliance AI to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, submit malicious code, circumvent access controls, impersonate another person or business, misuse report content, or falsely represent that Website Compliance AI has approved, certified, or guaranteed your website.

17. Report Use

You may use an audit report for legitimate internal business purposes, including remediation, developer instructions, compliance review, internal documentation, and preparation for third-party platform review.

You may share a downloaded report with your employees, contractors, developers, lawyers, advisers, or agencies where reasonably necessary.

You may not resell the report as your own audit product, misrepresent authorship, or claim that it constitutes certification, approval, endorsement, or reinstatement by a third-party platform.

18. Intellectual Property

Website Compliance AI, its website design, workflows, report structure, original text, software, audit methodology, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vertex Digital Forge LLC, except for third-party materials and trademarks.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification or informational purposes only.

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same issue differently, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to personal-information handling.

20. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party outages, internet failures, security events, capacity limits, tool restrictions, platform changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21. Unable-to-Verify Items

Certain checks may be impossible or unreliable because of login requirements, account restrictions, CAPTCHA, bot protection, geographic restrictions, unavailable tools, blocked public pages, third-party outages, technical limitations, or missing information.

An incomplete verification is not a representation that no issue exists.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Compliance AI and the service are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, platform approval, reinstatement, and legal or regulatory compliance, except to the extent a warranty cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Digital Forge LLC dba Website Compliance AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising spend, customers, business opportunities, data, goodwill, platform access, or account access arising from use of the service or an audit report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a free audit or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Digital Forge LLC dba Website Compliance AI and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, unauthorized materials you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

The service or reports may reference third-party websites, public records, tools, policies, regulators, or platforms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or enforcement decisions.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on WebsiteComplianceAI.com with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

27. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, refuse, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, continued access creates security or legal risk, or we are legally required to do so.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vertex Digital Forge LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Publishing note: replace this general clause with the specific U.S. state whose law will govern the agreement before production launch.

29. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional written terms applicable to a separately agreed service form the agreement between you and Website Compliance AI regarding the service covered by these Terms.
